3. Personal Purchases:

4. Acceptance and Discretion:

  • In the event that a customer utilizes a coupon code during their purchase:
    • Commissions will be calculated based on the adjusted prices after the coupon is applied.
    • Delivery fees will be excluded from the commission calculation.
  • Payouts will be made to the affiliate's designated Nigerian bank account provided the threshold is met.

8. Termination:

  • De Emporium reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for violation of these policies or any other reason deemed necessary.

9. Changes to the Policy:
